YOU CAN DESIGN YOUR PET’S COLLAR AND WE’LL PERSONALIZE IT WITH HIS/HER NAME IN LETTER CHARMS !   WE HAVE OVER A DOZEN DIFFERENT STYLES OF LETTER CHARMS TO CHOOSE FROM!  PLEASE NOTE THAT PHOTOS OF PERSONALIZED COLLARS DEPICTED ON THIS WEBSITE ARE "SAMPLES ONLY".  YOU CAN DESIGN YOUR COLLAR BY USING ANY COLLAR WITH ANY LETTER CHARM AS LONG AS THE LETTER CHARM WILL FIT THE COLLAR.  HAVE SOME FUN DESIGNING THAT SPECIAL COLLAR AND WE’LL DO THE REST!

To determine your pet’s collar size, measure the exact neck size and add 4 inches.  For dogs and cats with 8" 10" or 12" necks, just add 2".  If the number falls in between, order the next size up.  PERSONALIZED COLLARS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, SO PLEASE MEASURE CAREFULLY.

Because these are custom collars, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery; however, most orders will be shipped within 1 week after receipt of order.  Currently UPS shipment is not an option on this website.   If you would prefer your order shipped UPS with a tracking number, please indicate that in the "Order Comments" box at checkout and we will ship the order via UPS for the same price as USPS Priority.
