Any damaged items will be replaced providing you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise and merchandise is returned to us within 7 days. You must contact us before returning your item for instructions and procedures.
Under no circumstances can we "redo" a collar because of wrong sizing. It will be your responsibility to measure your pet’s neck and order appropriately. PERSONALIZED COLLARS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND OR CREDIT.
